Welcome Our Newest Geopark Member!
This July we welcomed a new member, Susan May, to the Hakusan Tedorigawa Geopark team. Born in Australia, Susan now lives here in Hakusan, Japan. She studied geology and Japanese at university, and has been living in Japan since 2016.
“When I decided to move to Japan, I figured that I would never have the chance to use my geology degree. But working at the Geopark I can combine everything I love: geology, Japanese, nature, and history.”
Susan will be working as our international coordinator from now on. For any international or English inquiries, email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you see her around the park, say hi!
